Explore our diverse range of services tailored to meet your mental health needs. From individual counseling to group therapy, we are here to support you on your journey towards empowerment and self-awareness.

Personal Therapy
Individual counseling sessions are designed to help you navigate through personal challenges and achieve self-growth. We use a variety of evidence-based treatments designed to target immediate issues, supported by interventions for longer-term wellbeing. This system of behavioral and dynamic interventions grounded in a Gestalt view point creates a powerful and empowering systemic approach that makes typical goals more easily achieved.
- Anxiety and Depression
- Life transitions
- Anger Management
- Attention Disorders
- Trauma and Grief

Relationship Therapy
Counseling services aimed at issues that include two people whether romantically involved or otherwise. Being able to discover who we are with the person that is most close to us is an extremely satisfying experience. Our approach emphasizes understanding, communication, and co-empathy. It not only tackles troubles within a relationship, but also can look to build an already positive relationship or work through a common experience with mutual support. The typical challenges addressed include:
- Intimacy issues
- Communication styles and dynamics
- Common life-transitions or tragedies
- Deepening and building a relationship

Group Therapy & Workshops
Join our group therapy sessions to connect with others on a similar path and experience what it is to grow with others. Groups and workshops are offered on an ad hoc basis and typically focus on the themes below. Please contact for more information about scheduling and the reserve list. We also offer these services for professional development and corporate improvement.
Some of our past groups:
- Couples Bootcamp
- Anger Management
- Tobacco Cessation

Guided Meditation
This guided meditation uses Gestalt awareness principles, cultivating self-awareness by focusing on immediate experiences, both internal and external, without judgment. Rather than seeking to change or fix anything, mindful attention is brought to the present, to our surroundings, to the things in front of us. This present-moment focus can lead to a deeper understanding of oneself, provide insight into personal patterns, and promote personal growth and emotional healing, and increase connection to ourselves, those around us, and the entire field of our experience. This service is offered both in office and elsewhere.

"Sitting at our back doorsteps, all we need to live a good life lies about us. Sun, wind, people, buildings, stones, sea, birds and plants surround us. Cooperation with all these things brings harmony, opposition to them brings disaster and chaos."
